1. Instructions for TF card of recorder
- The maximum support of this machine is 128G TF card. Please use the authentic card above
Class10, and it is recommended to use the card above 8G
- When unplugging TF, please ensure that the recorder is in shutdown state first, so as to
avoid damaging TF card and video files within the card
- Since the recorder has the function of automatically locking the emergency video, the locked
video can only be deleted in the case of formatting. It is recommended to format the video
through the mobile APP every 2 months to avoid the situation that the urgent video in the
card takes up too much TF space
- The recording indicator light does not flash when it appears in driving.Please check the SD
card in time.
2. The mobile phone cannot be connected to the recorder
- Ensure that when the recorder is on, the distance between the recorder and the mobile phone
is within 5 meters, and the WIFI indicator is in the correct state
- The recorder WIFI can only be connected to one mobile phone at a time. If the WIFI
connection fails, please check whether the other mobile phone has been connected
automatically
- The WIFI hotspot of this machine is CARDV_wifi-XXXX, and the default password is 12345678.
If you forget to modify the password, please hold down the camera button on the recorder for
more than 1 second, and the machine will resume factory Settings, including WIFI password
- If the mobile phone cannot find the WIFI hotspot, please check whether the button on the
recorder is pressed to turn off WIFI (short press the power button for WIFI switch
function).
3. The video time and date display is not correct
- In the case of the first installation of the recorder or the interruption of B+ normal power
midway, please use APP to connect the recorder and automatically update the time; otherwise,
the recorder will run at the default time of 20xx.01.01

If it is turned off each time, the recording time in the recorder card is found to be the
default date (20xx.01.01).It is possible that during the installation of the recorder, the
B+ wire was installed in the ACC position of the fuse box, resulting in the disconnect of
The B+ normal power every time. In this case, please restart the recording.If you enter the
recorder playback mode, the video file of the day cannot be found.Please contact the
installation point to check the B+ wiring
4. Why is it not very clear to watch the video with the preview interface of mobile APP/the
delay in viewing the return visit?
- In order to ensure the fluency of the preview, the screen resolution of the preview on the
phone is 848X480. Click album and select playback, and the video size inside is 1920X1080 HD
5. Will connecting the recorder with my phone consume 4G/5G traffic on my network
- No, because we use the WIFI point-to-point connection mode, without 4G/5G connection, it
will
not consume the data of your mobile phone plan, please feel assured to use it
